Certified Organic Seed

Baby beet microgreens!

Beets can be challenging to grow and must be grown as a microgreen not a sprout. We do not recommend them for beginners.

• Days to Sprout8-12 days
• Soak Time4-6 hours
• Yield1/4 c dry seed yields 3/4 c microgreens
• StorageOur seeds should sprout well for a year after you purchase them, if stored in a cool dry place. If you’d like to extend the germination life of your seeds, store them in the fridge. If you store your seeds in the freezer, they’ll last even longer!
