The Benefits;
The blue oyster mushroom is a faster-growing variety, making them an excellent option for the home grower. The texture is delicate but substantial enough to mimic meat. (its hard to tell the difference) Taste-wise these are pretty neutral and will absorb flavours quickly. Undoubtedly the star of the dish!
While blue oysters like it a bit on the cooler side they will do well at room temperature in your home. You can grow these mushrooms right on your kitchen counter. (or anywhere in your home) Theyll even grow well in a condo/apartment.
Not just for kids Anyone can enjoy the benefits of growing mushrooms. But these mushroom kits make great gifts for just about anyone. Imagine giving the gift of inspiration and health. (now you can)
